the decor featured unique artwork and stylish furnishings. i noticed thoughtful touches throughout my stay. the staff was attentive and responsive to my requests. i particularly appreciated the delicious food at the on-site restaurant (the pasta was amazing!).
i found the elevator slightly slow during peak hours (but it wasn't a big deal).

The hotel décor held my attention. Every detail seemed deliberate and beautiful. the fabrics, wallpaper, and other decorative elements made a statement. i enjoyed lunch at dear jackie and a visit to the flute. Delicious food and cocktails were easily accessible.
My room was a bit small. i found a charge labeled 'accommodation service' added during check-out. It lacked initial clarification about it being optional. some staff made what i felt was an unnecessary joke.

The staff was attentive. they remembered my tea preference each morning, good. the concierge planned a walking tour. it included hidden gems i wouldn't have found otherwise. the hotel provided complimentary snacks and drinks in the minibar. It was a nice perk. housekeeping did an excellent job keeping my room tidy.
The elevator was occasionally slow during peak hours. It caused a minor delay.

The room had a king-sized bed with high-quality linens. It ensured a restful sleep. two separate sinks and a rainfall shower were included. the room decor featured bespoke wallpaper and unique artwork.

This hotel is a treasure. Upon arrival, staff secured us a spot on the flute terrace. The weather was lovely and we enjoyed some cocktails. Dinner at dear jessica included a menu with many choices. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
The room was somewhat small. it was well equipped with amenities. the cost of the room was high.
